Enrollment Application - Great Oaks Academy

To Apply for the 2026-2027 Academic Year, complete the Enrollment Application below. All openings are filled by public lottery, as per Minnesota State Statute. The application deadline is February 17 at 4 pm. All applications received between December 1, 2025 and February 17, 2026, will be entered into our enrollment lottery, which takes place on February 19, 2026. Results will be shared by email.

Sibling preference is given if you have a sibling currently attending Great Oaks Academy. *Families with multiple children: sibling preference will be given once one sibling is enrolled.
Lottery results for 2026-2027 will be communicated in February 2026 via email.
After the lottery, applications will be processed and placed into the appropriate grade level wait list in the order that they are received.

Great Oaks Academy does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. Enrollment preference is given only for siblings of Great Oaks students and children of Great Oaks staff, in accordance with Minnesota State Law.
