To apply for the 2026-2027 Academic Year, complete the Enrollment Application below. 

* Our Farmington Campus is enrolling for Grades K-5!
* Our Eagan Campus is now enrolling for 5th through 10th Grade! We will add a grade each year until we reach 12th grade.

• Sibling preference is given if you have a sibling currently attending Great Oaks Academy. *For families with multiple children: sibling preference will be given once one sibling is enrolled.
